Katrina Means is a Community Health Worker for the Healthy Outcomes Program (HOPS). She has been employed with AccessHealth Spartanburg since November 2020. In this role, Katrina is responsible for providing case management services and connecting clients to medical and social resources to improve health outcomes.
Prior to joining the AccessHealth Spartanburg team, Katrina worked for a local Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center as a Case Manager, providing an array of community-based psychosocial rehabilitation programs and services for adults in Spartanburg County.
Katrina earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Converse College. She lives in Spartanburg with her son and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
