AHS Staff

Shante’ Glenn joined the AHS team in March 2023 as a Community Health Worker. 

She has a Bachelors in Psychology and Education and has been working in case management for over 5 years.  Shante’ received her CHW certification in October 2023.    As a Community Health Worker,  Shante’ is responsible for coordinating care among individuals, conducting outreach, providing community resources, and improving health outcomes. 

She has a strong passion for helping people to improve their health and wellbeing. Her experience in working with diverse populations has equipped her with the necessary tools to be a successful Community Health Worker. Shante’ is a native of Union and enjoys traveling, trying different restaurants, and spending time with her family.
