Sheri Crocker is a Community Health Worker for the Healthy Outcomes Program Spartanburg (HOPS). She has been employed with AccessHealth Spartanburg since March 2016.
In this role, she helps clients achieve better health by connecting them with medical and social resources.
Sheri became certified as a Community Health Worker in 2019 and holds an associate’s degree as an administrative medical specialist from Spartanburg Community College. She has worked in numerous administrative support roles for Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, including senior patient access representative, patient account representative, and scheduling coordinator. Sheri is a member of the Homeless Coalition (Cherokee, Union, and Spartanburg county chapter), and is a member in the South Carolina Community Health Worker Association.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, traveling, gardening, and listening to music.
