Tracie Mason has been with AccessHealth Spartanburg since July 2016 as a Healthy Outcomes Program (HOPS) Care Navigator.
As a HOPS Care Navigator, Tracie connects clients to community resources such as primary care physicians, mental health services, and free mail order prescriptions. She is a frontline liaison between clients and community partners working to improve health outcomes for low-income, uninsured Spartanburg County residents.
Prior to working with AccessHealth Spartanburg, Tracie worked in several different roles within Spartanburg Medical Center, including the centralized referral center, imaging services, and medical records. She has 16 years of combined service with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, and has earned the Certified Health Access Associate and Community Health Worker certifications. Tracie completed a BA in Information Management and Systems at USC Upstate and a MAT in English at Converse College.
Tracie is a native of Spartanburg. In her spare time, she enjoys road trips, nonfiction reading, drawing, and spending time with her family.
